NOTE: All prices include VAT and all taxes.

For all delegates, payment for registration fee can be made in USD, EURO or TL currencies.
To pay in Turkish Lira, the bank rates on the day of payment are valid. https://www.garantibbva.com.tr/en/foreign-exchange-rates
All banking charges must be borne by the participants. The amount of bank charges will not be inclusive in the official receipt of the conference.
The registration fee cannot be refunded for any reasons caused by the delegates.
All travelling expenses will be borne by presenters and participants.
